I struggled with my weight and confidence from school right through to my mid-twenties. I tried every fad diet โ€” shakes, restriction, skipping breakfast, even convincing myself I didn't like sandwiches. I joined a gym at uni, sat on a bike for 10 minutes and walked straight back out.

Lockdown in 2020 changed everything. I invested in a coach, discovered I actually loved cooking, fell completely in love with the gym โ€” and I've never looked back. I'm now 11kg down, three photoshoots deep, and I genuinely love the way I live my life.

Things people usually ask me.

Do I need gym experience to start?
Not at all. I work with women at every starting point โ€” complete beginners, people returning after a long break, and those who've been training for years. We always start where you actually are, not where you think you should be.
Will I have to give up the foods I love?
No restriction or quick fixes here โ€” this is a lifestyle journey. You'll learn how to include the foods you love while still making real progress. That's the whole point. I'm not going to get you to punish yourself.
How much time do I need each week?
We work around your life, not the other way around. Most clients train 3โ€“4 times a week for 45โ€“60 minutes โ€” but your programme is built around what you can realistically commit to. Busy weeks happen. We plan for them.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients start feeling better โ€” more energy, better sleep, more confident โ€” within the first few weeks. Visible physical changes typically follow around the 4โ€“6 week mark. Real, lasting change takes time, and that's exactly what we're building.
What if I have a bad week?
It happens to everyone โ€” including me. That's not failure, that's life. We acknowledge it, work out what got in the way, adjust if needed, and carry on. Even if you fail. Try and try again. You never reach your goal if you give up.
